The Jim Clark Café Bistro is owned and operated by The Jim Clark Trust charity to help support the local community and enhance the experience of visitors to the Jim Clark Motorsport Museum. The café bistro is situated at the centre of historic market town thereby attracting thousands of visitors from the museum into the heart of the Town Square.
All profits from the Jim Clark Café Bistro are reinvested to support the museum, community and tourism in the local area, alongside the Trust’s aims of heritage, education and inspiration.
The Jim Clark Café Bistro is managed by Isla Hamilton with her husband Gordon both experienced chefs and a dedicated team of staff. We welcome your feedback to help us provide a busy, warm and welcoming café bistro that helps supports the community and museum.
